Guten Tag, Herr Gerhard Kemme,Kursiver Text habe fest gestellt, dass die Diskussionsseite sehr durcheinander gebracht wurde. Es ist müßig nach dem Grund zu suchen. Vielleicht war ich das auch selbst. Es ist mir aber wichtig, dass vor allem die überwiegend englich sprechenden Leser in Israel und in den Staaten eine für sie einfache Leseversion bekommen. Des halb stelle ich die engliche Version, in einer halben Stunde nochmals ein. Sehr wünsche ich, dass das was hier war nicht auch mit meinem Originaltext geschieht. Die Übersetzung ist mir nicht besser möglich. Sie können das vielleicht passender machen. Wenn ja, dann nehmen Sie meine Version weg und stellen eine bessere hier ein. Danke

Sehr geehrter Herr Kemme, in der englih Version stimmt noch so weit alles, aber in der Hauptversion ist der Pkt.11 das Angebot im Register erneut verschwunden. Auch ein fehleder Absatz in 16 alt "Das Neue Forum" hefte ich wieder an. Bis dann M.D.

Sehr geehrter Herr Gerhard Kemme, Ich freue mich darüber, dass nun meine Biografie auch in den Online-Ausgaben der USA Zeitungen aufgenommen ist. Das Sie die Einstellung des enlisch sprachigen Textes in der Diskussion zugelassen haben, ist Ihr Verdienst daran. In Israel haben außer allen hebräisch sprachigen Zeitungen, wie Haarez, Mabat und Israel News usw. jetzt auch die Israelisch russische Ausgabe "Nowosti Nedeli" u. "Nascha Strana", sowie die Israelisch Arabisch sprachige "Al Anba und AL Quda" Den Lebenslauf aufgenommen. Auch die "Shanghai News" u. andere in China haben das jetzt drin. Aber über eines wundere ich mich: Mein "Brief an einen Toten", im Gästebuch des Herrn Newinger aus Koblenz, den ich ihm kürzlich im "Portal Mahnmal" geschrieben hatte, dass der für viele Presseorgane immer wichtiger wird und mit unter meinem Namen zu finden ist, hatte ich beim Schreiben nicht bedacht. Ich wollte ihm die Worte ins Jenseits nachsenden, obwohl Herr Newinger nie an ein Jenseits geglaubt hat.

Sollten Sie, Herr Kemme, Sich aus der "Diskussion" und Bearbeitung zurück ziehen, so sei Ihnen nochmals für Ihre Hilfe gedankt, trotz des ruppigen Beginns. Gemeinsamkeiten und geschichtliche Sensation 1955.

1955 vereinbarte der DFB ein Freundschaftsspiel der Nationalmannschaften der Sowjetunion und Westdeutschlands. ohne den Bundeskanzler Adenauer vorher zu fragen. Adenauer verärgert, hatte aber eine Reise nach Moskau geplant und konnte sich nicht mehr quer stellen. Deutschland, frisch gebackener Fußball-Weltmeister von Bern, war eine harte Nuss für die Sowjetische Nationalmannschaft. Diese Zeit, kurz nach Stalins Tod, rangen Malenkow und Chruschtschow um die Macht. Chruschtschow behielt die Oberhand und schrieb der sowjetischen Nationalmannschaft vor, ihr ringt den Westdeutschen Weltmeister nieder. Wir brauchen den Erfolg.

Deutschland verlor das Spiel mit 2:3 und die sowjetische Staatsführung empfing drei Wochen später Adenauer in einem Hochgefühl der Stärke. In dieser Zeit hatte die SU immer noch etwa 10000 deutsche Krigsgefangene in ihren Straf -und Arbeitslagern. Die wollte Adenauer bei seinem Besuch dort heraus holen. Das verlorene Freundschaftsspiel, mit Spielergrößen wie dem weltbekannten Fritz Walter, Jupp Posipal und im Tor Herkenrath, sorgte für eine freundschaftliche Atmosphäre in der Adenauer die Heimkehr der letzten Kriegsgefangenen aushandeln konnte. Zu bemerken ist, es gab 1955 keine Diplomatischen Beziehungen zwischen Westdeutschland und der Sowjetunion. Der kalte Krieg war auf einem Höhepunkt. Trotz diesem eiskalten politischen Klima, war die Heimkehr der letzten deutschen Kriegsgefangenen des zweiten Weltkrieges ein großer Erfolg. Ohne die Weltfußballer in Moskau, hätte Adenauer sicher diesen Verhandslungserfolg nicht oder nicht so umfassend gehabt.

Auf der Ehrentribüne bei dem Spiel saßen unter anderen: Wilhelm Pieck und W. Ulbrich, die den sowjetischen Erfolg frenetisch bejubelten. Dafür mussten sie sich aber die deutsche Nationalhymne mitten in Moskau anhören. Was ihnen sicher nicht gefiel war, dass die Zuschauer, davon mehr aus Ostdeutschland als aus westdeutschland, Die Nationalhymne so laut mitsangen, wie wir uns das heute wünschen würden.

Rechenschaftslegung Das Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz wird – wie der BND und der MAD – im Rahmen der parlamentarischen Kontrolle vom Parlamentarischen Kontrollgremium des Bundestags in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrauensgremium nach § 10a Abs. 2 BHO überwacht. Wir wissen welche Schwierigkeiten es gab bei der Wahl zur Besetzung des PKGr Gremiums. Hier wird bereits eine grobe politische Richtung vorgegeben. Das Gesetz über die parlamentarische Kontrolle nachrichtendienstlicher Tätigkeit des Bundes (kurz: Kontrollgremiumgesetz) ist die Grundlage des Parlamentarischen Kontrollgremiums (PKGr). Ihm unterliegt die Kontrolle des Bundesnachrichtendienstes, des Bundesamtes für Verfassungsschutz und des Militärischen Abschirmdienstes.

Das PKGr gibt sich eine Geschäftsordnung (§ 3 Abs. 1 Satz 3 PKGrG). Die Mitglieder des PKGr werden zu Beginn einer jeden Wahlperiode vom Deutschen Bundestag gewählt (§ 2 Abs. 1 PKGrG) Grober Umriss der Aufgaben des Verfassungsschutzes: Was soll er schützen? Geregelt im grundlegenden Gesetz des Staates, das die gesellschaftliche und staatliche Ordnung, die Rechte und Pflichten der Bürger, das System und die Funktionen der Staatsorgane festlegt und juristisch sichert. In der letzten Zeit hören wir viel vom Verfassungsschutz. Politische Parteien, Organisatzionen und Einzelpersonen rufen öffentlich nach einer Beobachtung ihnen unliebsamen Personen, bziehungsweise Gegnern ihrer politischen Sicht. DAS SCHADET DEN BETROFFENEN SEHR. Als politische Keule benutz zu werden, gehört eigentlich nicht zu den klar geregelten Aufgaben des Verfassungsschutzes. Von Links bis heute rechts gab und gibt es viele Parteien und Organisationen, die vom BfV beobachtet wurden und werden. Wenn man die Geschichte der Beobachtungen des BfV ansieht, kann einem schwindlig werden. Damals schrieb er für die vom Verfassungsschutz beobachtete juristische Publikation ... diese Zeitschrift, wurde vom Verfassungsschutz beobachtet. Auf dem linken Auge sah man sehr scharf hin, während die Erben Globkes und Filbingers und ihre Nazi- Mitläufer in einer einflussreichen Partei in der Bundesrepublik ihr Unwesen trieben. Der Ministerpräsident H.G. Filbinger war von 1933 bis 1936 Mitglied des Nationalsozialistischen Deutschen Studentenbundes (NSDStB) und des Wehrsportverbands der Freiburger Universität, der 1934 in die SA überführt wurde. Dort zahlte er bis 1937 seine Beiträge. Mit der allmählichen Lockerung der Aufnahmesperre für Neumitglieder wurde er im Mai 1937 in die NSDAP aufgenommen (Mitgliedsnummer 4.026.789) und bis 1945 als Mitglied geführt. 1937 bis 1945 war er zudem u. s. w. (im Internet abrufbar) Er verhalf einigen aus der Hitlerzeit in der Bundesrepublik zu einem Neuanfang im Staatsdienst.----- Globke Ministerialrat im Reichsinnenministerium und in der antisemitischen Rassegesetzgebung eingebunden. In der DDR zu lebenslangem Zuchthaus verurteilt und in der Bundesrepublik im Bundeskanzleramt damals verantwortlich für den BND und den Verfassungsschutz. Diese Personen und die von Ihnen geförderten Mitläufer sowie ihre Parteien wurden nie vom Verfassungsschutz beobachtet. Wenn man diese Zusammenhänge ansieht und die derzeitige Handhabung des BfV, dann lernt man zu verstehen, dass große Angs herrscht vor einer Beobachtung der Alternative für Deutschland. Sie haben sehr viele Argumente, um an die Geschichte der Einflussreichsten Partei zu erinnern.

30 Der MORGENTAUPLAN UND DIE TREUHAND. Ein Vergleich

Der Morgenthau-Plan vom August 1944 war ein vom damaligen US-amerikanischen Finanzminister Henry Morgenthau veranlasster Entwurf zur Umwandlung Deutschlands in einen Agrarstaat nach dem absehbaren Sieg der Alliierten im Zweiten Weltkrieg. Das sollte langfristig verhindern, dass Deutschland je wieder einen Angriffskrieg führen könne. Danach sollten alle Industrieanlagen demontiert oder zerstört werden.Der damalige USA - Präsident "Franklin D. Rosevelt" verwarf den Plan und legte dadurch den 1. Grundstein zum damaligen Wirtschaftswunder Westdeutschlands. Obwohl er und die Alliirten, tausende Weltkriegstote zu beklagen hatten zeigte er ein menschliches Gesicht. Weshalb drängt sich hier der Vergleich der Treuhandanstalt zum Morgentauplan auf? C.D. Rohwedder Chef (Foto) der Treuhandgesellschaft in der entscheidenden Phase kurz nach der Deutschen Einheit: Seine damalige Aussage: die Treuhandanstalt sieht ihre Aufgabe darin, die Betriebe der DDR, die nach der Währungsunion riesige Verluste schreiben, so schnell als irgend möglich zu verkaufen. Damit man den "ganzen Salat" los werde. So formulierte es der damals als Treuhand-Chef arbeitende Detlev Carsten Rohwedder. Es wurden wirtschaftlich arbeitende Kombinate zerschlagen und potentielle Käufer dürfen sich Filetstücke aussuchen. Unter teils dubiosen Umständen verscherbelt die Treuhand rund 50.000 Immobilien, knapp 10.000 Firmen und mehr als 25.000 Kleinbetriebe. In zahllosen Fällen prüfte die Treuhand die Bonität der Käufer nicht. Sie prüfte nicht die Einhaltung der Verträge. Das ist Aktenkundig. Die DDR galt in diesen Jahren als ein riesiger Schnäppchenmarkt und die Kritik an dem Gebaren der Treuhand wuchs von Jahr zu Jahr. "Die Treuhandanstalt war und ist hilflos gegenüber der Vielzahl von Vorwürfen, die überwiegend berechtigt sind", Das gab selbst Treuhand-Chef Rohwedder 1991 unumwunden zu. 1994 wurde die Treuhand geschlossen. Ihre Bilanz: mehr als drei Millionen vernichtete Arbeitsplätze und ein Schuldenberg von sage und schreibe 264 Milliarden D-Mark. Diese Schäden im Land und den Herzen, wirken bis heute nach. Es gab damals in Deutschland keinen Politiker, der nach dem Vorbild des US Präsidenten Rosevelt für die Geschädigten Partei ergriff.
