Das Journal of Endotoxin Research (kurz J Endotoxin Res) ist eine medizinische Fachzeitschrift in englischer Sprache mit einem Themenschwerpunkt im Bereich der Immunologie. Sie wurde 1994 gegründet und 2006 in Innate Immunity umbenannt. Der ursprüngliche Name bezieht sich auf Endotoxine, die meist als Zerfallsprodukte von Bakterien auftreten und im Menschen zahlreiche physiologische Reaktionen auslösen können.
