Struktur des Amiodaron

Amiodaron wurde ursprünglich in den 60er Jahren als Pharmakon zur Therapie der Angina pectoris eingeführt. Erst später wurden die antiarrhythmischen Eigenschaften von Amiodaron erkannt.
